CANCELLATION POLICY

We have established the following Cancellation and No-Show policy to ensure mutual RESPECT for both your time and ours. When you book an appointment that time is reserved SPECIALLY for you.

BOOKING DEPOSIT FEE

A $20 booking deposit fee is necessary to make an appointment online. This amount will be deducted from your total service payment. (CASH PREFERRED)

CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. If a client does not cancel or reschedule in the appropriate amount of time, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable or non-transferable.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late to your appointment, that time will be deducted from your appointment time. Example: If you booked a 60-minute (1 hr.) appointment and you arrived 10 minutes late you will have 50 minutes remaining for that appointment. You will be charged for the total rate of the appointment that you scheduled.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a client and receive a 15-minute free treatment after they complete their first paid session.

CLIENT HEALTH HISTORY

All clients MUST complete a health history assessment form before their first session. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment.
